Do You Ship from the USA?
Yes. Many of our best-selling products are stocked in our Chicago warehouses and can be delivered within 2–4 business days. Products not available in the USA warehouse will be shipped directly from China. The shipping location is clearly indicated on each product page.
Will I Need to Pay Import Duties or Tariffs?
For products shipped from our USA warehouse, no additional import duties apply. For products shipped from China to the USA via our standard tax-included shipping service, import duties and taxes are already covered in the shipping cost. If you choose express shipping (DHL, FedEx, UPS), customs duties may be charged separately by the carrier.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
· USA warehouse products: typically 1–4 business days.
· China warehouse products: usually 7–17 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.
· Orders are normally processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
What If My Tool Arrives Damaged or Has a Quality Problem?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos or videos. Depending on the situation, we will provide replacement parts, a replacement product, repair support, or a refund solution. Selected products also include warranty coverage.
