Extendable Rail for LFT Cutting

FlexRail™ is designed for both standard and large format tile cutting. Its extendable dual-layer rail makes it easy to adjust the cutting length to suit different projects.

When collapsed, the rail measures 1000 mm. Extend it toward both ends to reach a maximum cutting length of 1800 mm.

Dual Scoring Wheels for Different Tile Surfaces

The T-shaped tile cutter comes with two scoring wheels for different tile surfaces. The large scoring wheel is the main choice for everyday tile cutting.

For rough or textured tiles, it can be switched to the smaller scoring wheel. It provides an alternative for scoring uneven surfaces and helps improve cutting results on challenging tile finishes.

Angled Rail Groove for Secure Clamping

The rail groove features a specially designed angled surface on the inside. This surface increases friction between the groove and the clamped base, the base can sit more securely during operation. This design helps improve stability and keeps the tile cutting process under better control.

Flexible Two-Way Cutting

FlexRail™ features an adjustable cutting head direction for greater flexibility. You can change the cutting direction to suit your working position and tile layout.

This two-way cutting design makes daily tile cutting more convenient. It also helps tile cutting work more efficiently in different situations.

Three-Level LED Lighting

A built-in LED strip sits beneath the sliding bar to illuminate the cutting area. It helps user see the scoring line more clearly while working.

The LED light offers three brightness levels. Simply choose the setting that best suits the working environment and lighting conditions.

Stable Sliding Bar with Hold-Up Function

After scoring a tile, the sliding bar can stay suspended in position. This keeps it ready for the next cut and helps speed up workflow.

The sliding bar also features firm damping for controlled movement. Therefore, it is less likely to drop unexpectedly, making the tile cutter more convenient to use between cuts.
