Raizi Diamond CNC Finger Bits are ideal for fast stock removal and making sink cut outs and grooves on granite and other types of stone. This CNC finger bit is designed for CNC machines.
We offer different size diamond finger bits according to your requirement.
Hard stone requires the finger bit bond to be softer, so that the diamonds are exposed sooner to cut the stone. Raizi 25*50T*1/2"Gas soft bond CNC finger bit is ideal for hard granite.
Softer stone are milled best with a finger bit that have a harder bond matrix, so that the diamonds are not exposed as fast. Raizi 20*40T, 22*40T, 22*50T diamond finger bits are designed for softer granite.
Feed Rate of 200 mm /min for the first 2 meters, then 300-350 mm /min (depending on stone) after the bit is broken in.
