The diamond cup wheels combine the aggressiveness of vacuum brazed diamond cup wheels and smoothness of diamond polishing pads. With this integral design, the rubber backer absorbs the noise and vibration created by steel based diamond cup wheels to give fabricators the smoothest feel, while aggressively shaping and removing material.

They are ideal to be used to create a small radius by hand, smoothing out cuts, and removing materials where necessary. Many fabricators use it to replace the heavy grinding stones. They last many times longer than grinding stones and reduces fatigue. Use it before you use the diamond polishing pads.

Advantages:

• Vacuum brazed diamond grinding pads/discs with adapter are very aggressive, and long lasting too.
• Compare to brazed diamond cup wheels, they are as aggressive with less noise; compare to resin bond or metal bond diamond pads, they are mover aggressive and efficient; compare to electroplated diamond discs, they are as or more aggressive, but more durable.
• They are extremely good at shaping and removing slippages on granite, marble and concrete. They can also be used on glass and swimming pool surfaces.
• Disadvantages of brazed diamond pads: they are not flexible, and they do not last as long as true metal bond diamond cup wheels and true metal bond diamond discs.
