This policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, information about overseas warehouses, and our return policy.

Shipping Information

Please note that due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, including the cancellation of the de minimis exemption for certain shipments (related to Section 321/T86 entry) and stricter tariff enforcement on goods from China, special conditions apply to orders shipped to the United States.

For Products NOT marked as shipping from our USA Warehouse: These items will be shipped directly from our facility in China.
- Default Shipping Method (China to USA): Tax-Included Air Freight
  - To simplify the process and help manage potential costs, we primarily use a Tax-Included Air Freight service for shipments from China to the USA. With this method, potential import duties and taxes are covered as part of the shipping cost.
  - Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 15-17 days from dispatch. We appreciate your understanding regarding this timeframe.
- Alternative Shipping Method (China to USA): Express Delivery (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  - If you require faster delivery, express options are available upon request.
  - IMPORTANT: If you choose Express Delivery for a shipment from China to the USA, the recipient (you, the customer) will be solely responsible for paying any and all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and for handling customs clearance processes.
  - Refusal of Delivery due to Duties: We refuse returns and refunds for orders shipped via Express Delivery from China to the USA that are refused by the customer because they are unwilling to pay the required customs duties and taxes. Please consider this carefully before selecting the Express option.
For Products Shipping from Overseas Warehouses:
- We have warehouses in the USA, Spain, Russia, Poland, United Kingdom, and Australia. Some products are available in these local warehouses.
- Spain and Poland warehouses ship to EU countries.
- The UK warehouse ships to the United Kingdom.
- Russian warehouse ships to Russia.
- Australia warehouse ships to Australia.
- Please contact us to inquire about product availability and shipping location from an overseas warehouse.

Total Delivery Time:

Total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until it is delivered to you. It includes:

Processing Time: Within 48 hours. This involves preparing your item(s), performing quality checks, and packing for shipment from our warehouse.
Shipping Time: Varies depending on the shipping method chosen/used and the distance to your destination. (See estimated times above for different methods).

Returns Policy:

You can return your product up to 3 days after receiving your order. (ONLY FOR USA)
Please ensure that the products are not used or damaged.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping yourself.
Our USA return addresses do not accept cash on delivery (COD) packages.

General Notes:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the official pricing of the express delivery services, not individual pricing.
The estimated delivery times provided are references from the express official websites or our typical experience; please refer to the actual delivery time tracked for your specific shipment.
Business days do not include Sunday and any public holidays.
We are not responsible for failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, significant customs processing delays beyond typical clearance times, and any other event beyond our direct control.
